I have a great fondness for architectural clothes and I saw a girl wearing a great batwing dress. For her, the look worked. It came to mid thigh and her legs were bare and tanned; she wore simple ballet flats on her feet. She had lovely curves, and even though the dress was short, it didn’t look trashy, it just looked effective. If you’ve got great legs, try it yourself.

I just got a butterfly wings (not as expansive as bat wings?) dress in the mail yesterday from my sweet pal/"personal shopper". It's a lovely white stretch linen (so soft!) number but I agree with you - I think it can look super-streetwalker if not worn right. x
Hey Likkle, hadn't heard of butterfly wings before; perhaps this girl was wearing butterfly, not bat?
Your butterfly top sounds lovely though ^_^
I think "butterfly top" was made up by my pal and I. Hee. x
Huh, great idea! I'm guessing it would be a fairly easy thing to sew up too. Perhaps I might try one too...
