Witchery has a delightful knit swing dress for sale this autumn. I tried it on in the local store and it looked just fabulous on me. Team it with a pair of burgundy tights and a pair of tall wedge boots and it’s almost perfect for winter. I’d buy it in a heartbeat, but…
It’s a knit. And not just a cotton knit like a t-shirt; it’s a woollen knit like a jumper. How would I wash it? I’m not hand washing a woollen dress every time I want to wear it, and I’m certainly not chucking it in the machine at AU$149.
It looked lovely, so nice, but it’s just not practical…
