I was looking a bit faded and shaggy, so I took myself back to Wink! Hair last Tuesday for an update. It was time for a change. I’ve had a variation on the same cut for at least 9 months now, far too long for me ^_^.
I sat down and asked Marija (stylist) and Natasha (new colourist) for their ideas. Natasha suggested dark, dark brown hair with just a red shine stripe, which I loved. I haven’t been very dark for a while. Marija just did her thing as she normally does, and I look wonderful (I love being able to trust a stylist to do well by you). I am totally happy and I think I look fierce!
Oh and as an extra bonus, one of the owners had seen my previous shameless plug and offered me 10% off! How cool! I made money from blogging (of course, they also give you 10% off if it's your birthday too, so I should be good for the next cut too).

I do love the bright stripes on dark hair! I had my dark blonde hair dark purple for a while, but it was too much maintenance for me(more makeup, faded fast to a horrid plush-animal pink).
