I swear I saw this a little while ago, and I shuddered, yes I did. I was a bright sunny day in the middle of the city and I saw a girl wearing … I just can’t say.
OK, yes I can, this is a blog afterall. She was wearing an old, pale blue satin skirt. Now at first glance you might say, ooh kay, not great for day wear but still …
HOWEVER it was too tight, and I mean waaaay too tight. By no means was this girl overweight (or underweight for that matter) but that skirt was about two sizes too small and it was showing up all her cellulite (that all normal women have). Not pretty.
Ooh kay, you say, not that smart but still …
HOWEVER she also had a muffin top with all of this AND the seam at the back above the slit had ripped, so I was in close proximity of really seeing her “Visible Panty Line”. Not good, people, not good at all.
Her boyfriend, who was with her wearing a very nice suit, really should have said SOMETHING. He seemed pretty smitten though so perhaps he was politely ignoring it.

Wow. Outfits like that make me wonder if some people just don't have mirrors. I don't expect everyone to be fashionable, or even stylish, but some outfits are so obviously horrible that I just scratch my head. I don't expect everyone to have a perfect body. I don't by any means. I've got cellulite. I've got love handles. I'm not very happy with my thighs. But that's why I wear clothes that don't accentuate it all.
Hey Meg, I did think it was a really odd choice of skirt. I'm guessing it was vintage (like from the '80s) and she was blinded to what it really looked like. Honesty with how you look is important.

Hi, I know I'm late with this comment but from a guys perspective, really ladies there is nothing wrong with showing a knicker-line through your skirts, that's why satin is the best as it shows so clearly.
From my experience,when women complain about other women showing their knickers it is one thing & one thing only - jealousy because you all KNOW it atttracts male attention (cause you won't agree, but you know its true)
