I’m finished my redesign, yay! I was spurred on by Gauri who mentioned that she found it hard to find how to subscribe, so there it is just there (look, it's right there, to the right).
What do you think? Do the 3 columns work (it took me ages to get it to work properly)? Are there any other improvements I could make?

The site looks great. I love 3-column blog designs. And yes, it's definitely a great idea to have the subscribe info prominently displayed. Nowadays my RSS feed list is much more my jumping off point than my bookmarks.
I use FireFox, and everything is aligning properly. Very nice.
I wouldn't have noticed unless you pointed it out as I read you through Bloglines.
One of the reasons I've not fancied up my blog since I switched to New Blogger is I'm thinking most other people are reading through a feed so don't see the fancy bits anyway.
Having said that your new layout is fab :-)
Meg, After Gauri's comments I realised you really couldn't see the subscribe, so it had to go front and center.
Thanks Gina, I didn't even think to check in Fire Fox! I default to IE.
SS, I read all of my blogs through RSS as well but I do like working out how to do stuff in IT. I was really pleased I got it all to work in the end.
Honey, I'd love it if you were dark-text-on-light-background . . (easier to read).
Ohh Nadine, that could be too much of a change for me ^_^. However, you might try reading the blog using the RSS feed link in the top right corner. That way it should show up as just text and pictures with no formatting.
Looks good. Easy to understand. The ease of finding the RSS subscribe is getting to be a huge thing with me.
Rebecca, me too. If a site doesn't have RSS, I'm finding I just don't read it. I can't believe I used to go to sites individually!
