So we’ve established that we all carry a lot of junk; cameras, t-shirts, pain-killers, makeup, books, shoes, and other crap. My question is men must need a lot of this stuff, how do they carry it without a handbag? Do they just go without and make do with a wallet and phone? Do they go extra large and use a big backpack?
And why doesn’t there seem to be any acceptable trendy small/medium sized bags for men? I’ve seen a few guys with what appear to be baby messenger bags which look quite cool, practical and trendy, without any of that “manbag” stigma. Why don’t we see more of these?

In all seriousness, I do feel sort of bad for modern guys. They have more gadgets to carry than ever. Fortunately, guys need less stuff than women. They don't have to carry makeup for touch-ups, pads, tampons, or (generally speaking) a brush. They do have briefcases, laptop bags, gym bags, belts, and sometimes even diaper bags - though I don't suggest that last one unless you have a baby with you.
I have seen a few messenger bags that I really wouldn't mind seeing on a guy since they had sort of a punk rock style to them. They were very manly and not at all fuddy duddy.
At least if you have to carry around your partners stuff, at least get a cool bag like this one..
